For more than two decades I have run engineering and infrastructure organizations, modernizing systems clients already depended on — without disrupting their operations. Today I work as a Fractional CTO at Buckler Professionals, where I build and run AI agent platforms in production, on the cloud and security foundations they sit on.

Independent practice, IT outsourcing, personalized communication, paper conversion and distribution, and inspection and certification. In every one of them the work was the same: moving systems a client already depended on onto newer technology, without disrupting their operations.

Independent Practice — Fractional CTO

I run the cloud and security platforms for companies under monthly retainer, always in the client's own accounts. Alongside that I architect and build our own products: an AI agent platform in production, a digital marketing platform, and a time tracking and client reporting system. Staying this close to the code is deliberate — you make better architecture decisions when you have built with the tools yourself.
